M25: Leave the M25 at junction 18 and follow the A404 Amersham;  go straight through the traffic lights after 1.5 miles leave A404 by turning right into a side road sign posted Chenies/Latimer, after another 4 miles (5.5 miles from the motorway) we are on the right.  

M40: Leave the M40 at junction 2 and follow A355 Beaconsfield/Amersham from exit roundabout, then 0.5 to next roundabout still following A335, then 0.2 miles to mini roundabout and turn right, after 5 miles you will approach a series of roundabouts. At 5.1 miles straight over at 5.2 miles turn right, at 5.4 miles turn left and go up hill, at 6.1 miles bear left and at 6.2 miles turn right, at 6.3 miles bear left and left again, at 6.5 miles bear left and at 6.7 miles go straight on. At 8 miles go straight on, at 8.4 miles turn right then at just over 9 miles from the M40 we are on the left.

A41: Leave the A41 at the A416 Chesham exit, if you are heading towards Aylesbury (away from Hemel Hempstead) then you will have to cross back over the A41 to reach the roundabout signposted A416 Chesham, stay on the A416, you descend to a roundabout with a petrol station on your right, bear left towards Chesham (Amersham) at next roundabout go straight across (towards Amersham) and stay in the left hand lane, straight across next roundabout keeping in the left hand lane bear left at next roundabout and through traffic lights at the mini roundabout bear left toward Chenies and Latimer, stay on this road, we are on the left hand side about a mile and half from the mini roundabout. 

By Train Go to Chalfont & Latimer station, then we are 4 miles by taxi - no footpath. Go to Amersham station then we are 3 miles by taxi or almost entirely down hill by foot. Go to Chesham station which is a single track spur line from Chalfont and Latimer station then we are just under 2 miles by taxi or foot.
